Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette

What you will need:
1/4 Cup Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
3 Tbsp. Fresh Chopped Cilantro
2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Frozen Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (thawed)
1/2 Clove Fresh Garlic, Minced
Pinch of Sea Salt

Steps to yummy goodness:

  1. In a blender or food processor, mix together all ingredients until thoroughly blended.
  2. Use immediately or store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to a month. Shake well before using (the oil and vinegar will separate as the dressing sits).
