Watermelon Ginger Tea Popsicles.

What you will need:
4 black tea bags
2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water, cold
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped
2 cups watermelon, sliced

Steps to yummy goodness:
1. Steep tea bags in boiling water for 5-7 minutes.
2. In a small saucepan, combine watermelon, sugar, water and chopped ginger. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.

3. Simmer for three minutes or until all the sugar is dissolved. Remove tea bag from the tea and add in the watermelon syrup. Stir to combine.

4. Pour into popsicle molds, insert sticks and freeze until firm and enjoy.

.:Side Note:.
You can slice extra watermelon really thin and put it into the bottom of the popsicle molds for some more watermelon flavor.
You can also add a little lime or mint into the mixture for a more citrus / summer feel ( like in the photo )

These are great to help with morning sickness and refreshing during the summer heat.
