What you will need:
1/4 cup of water
1/4 teaspoon of ginger, minced
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
1/4 cup of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of brown sugar, lightly packed
Steps to yummy goodness:
1. In a small saucepan whisk together the water, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar until combined.
2. Bring to a boil on medium – low heat, stirring constantly, and allow to boil for about 1 minute. Sauce should be thick and able to coat the back of a spoon.
3. Once everything is well combined, pour into an air tight container and be sure to refrigerate.
The sauce is good for 5-7 days.
