Frozen-Mexican-Hot-Chocolate-Blended-Mocha

What you will need:
2 cups ice
1 can coconut milk, full-fat 
1/2 cup  water, cold
5 tablespoons pure cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 tablespoons sugar
Chocolate syrup
Whipped cream

 
Steps to yummy goodness:
1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients except the whipped cream and chocolate syrup. 2. Pulse to break down the big ice chunks, then blend on high until smooth.
3. Drizzle chocolate syrup on the insides of your serving glasses.
4. Fill with iced chocolate mixture.
6. Top with coconut whipped cream and more chocolate syrup.

 

.:Side Note:.
If you don’t like the taste of coconut the recipe works well with almond milk.

This recipe can also be made vegan friendly by using Gay Lea Coconut Whipped Cream since that product is made with the cream of coconut instead of dairy.
